Features   It consists of a double regulating valve, which controls closing and latching speed. The latching speed can be adjusted depending on the force required to engage the lock within the frame. Some doors might have locks with latches, which would require greater force, and hence the right speed to engage itself with the frame. The dual mechanism thereby ensures that the door is shut smoothly and at optimum speed. It has a die casted aluminium body with a steel arm which improves its strength. The internal body parts are immersed in high grade oil and specially treated to ensure smooth and precise action with minimum wear. It encompasses a special hydraulic fluid which ensures constant lubrication in any climatic condition. The door closer has been tested for over 5 lakh cycles (1 cycle = one opening and subsequent closing of the door) or 250 cycles a day translating into 5 years of product usage. Applications It can be mounted on doors weighing upto 45 kgs and door panel upto 900 mm width with door openings upto 180 degrees.
