Godrej launches new refrigerator

Godrej and Boyce Co.Ltd. and appliance division is all set to boost its already firm position in the consumer appliances market. In order to bolster the growth in the remaining half of this year Godrej launched its new range of Frost free refrigerators. This new range named EON has outstanding features like cool shower technology, polybag suspenders, 2.5 litre aqua space, integrated ice hangers and door designs.

Following the launch of EON, George Menezes, COO, said, “Godrej has always been known for providing its customers innovative quality products. The appliance market has changed in recent times and consumers are looking for more variety in design and features before purchasing an appliance.”

Kamal Nandi, VP of the company, said, “Though we have set trends with our past refrigerators, the EON has been researched with consumers to incorporate features which have never been introduced before. Our research showed that convenience and pride of purchase played an important role in the purchase division, so we completely redesigned a refrigerator to give due balance to its aspects.”
